Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business, public administration, engineering, architecture or construction management field.
- Two (2) years of experience in any of the following:
- Managing construction-related activities
- Designing and/or coordinating capital improvement projects
- Preparing/monitoring/administering/negotiating contracts for:
- public sector projects
- engineering projects
- building construction projects OR
- other construction-related projects
- One (1) year of experience with supervisory/project management responsibilities. (This experience may be included in the required experience listed above.)
- High school diploma or GED plus six (6) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Associate degree in any field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus four (4) years of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Master's degree (or higher) in a specified field plus one (1) year of the required experience including one (1) year supervisory/project management responsibilities will meet the education and experience requirements.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Certified Construction Manager or Certified Project Manager are a plus.
- Must pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background check.
