- Contributes to the development and accomplishment of home team work-plans.
- Demonstrate competent knowledge of all applicable polices, codes, ordinances, regulations and statutes.
- Demonstrate competent knowledge of all divisional Key Functions and their associated processes.
- Serves as City Hall receptionist and interacts professionally with the public.
- Determines the nature of business for callers/visitors and directs them to the appropriately individual or department.
- Answers multi-line phone and send emails; works with Microsoft Outlook and other software as needed.
- Provides callers and visitors with information such as City address, directions to City Facilities, City websites, etc.
- Maintains safe and clean lobby/reception area.
- Enters service requests, for various issues, that are received from the public and city staff.
- Issues boat launch and beach passes, and collects fees.
- Serves as the primary point-of-contact for Fed Ex, UPS shipments and deliveries and maintains delivery log.
- Maintains city’s informational brochures, rosters and maps.
- Understand the necessity for communicating citizen complaints and Council inquiries to the City Manager’s Office and other appropriate departments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
- Skill in the use small office equipment, including copy machines or multi-line telephone systems.
- Skill in using computers for data entry.
- Skill in using computers for word processing and/or accounting purposes.
