The City of Dickinson is seeking a Seasonal Programming Assistant to support the Marketing and Events team in planning and executing concerts, festivals, holiday celebrations, and community events at Dickinson Legacy Square.
Position Details:
- Pay: $19.07 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, along with some weekends and nights
- Seasonal: May-September (Flexible starting dates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and logistics.
- Provide administrative and marketing support.
- Monitor events during weekends and evenings.
- Engage with the public and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform basic groundskeeping and inventory management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with social media and basic marketing tasks.
- Outgoing, proactive, and team-oriented.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of related experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license & must be 18
