What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concession Manager (Outdoor Pools) position at City of Dublin?
Under the direction of the Aquatics Program Supervisor, the Outdoor Pool Concession Manager handles the operation of two concession stands located at the Dublin Community Outdoor Pools; North and South.

- A flexible scheduling process is utilized with a variety of shifts available
- The nature of this position may require the successful candidate to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- The successful candidate must be available to work from early May through Labor Day and average 25-35 hours per week through the summer months
- Some availability is required during the week of May 19th to complete mandatory compliance and onboarding training. Training time is paid.

- Responsible for the day to day operations of the concession stands located at our outdoor pool facilities
- Scheduling and overall management of concession stand staff
- Train staff on how to properly use and operate the concession stand equipment
- Train staff on department policies and procedures
- Ensure sites meet Franklin County Health Code standards
- Ensure staff are properly trained on all relevant computer software and deposit protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot with front line staff during operating hours
- Work collaboratively with the Outdoor Front Desk Service Manager and/or Pool Managers
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Must be at least 18 years of age by May 24, 2025
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Availability to work an average of 25-35 hours per week during the summer season
- Ability to obtain Level 2 Food Handling certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to effectively and courteously communicate with the public
- At least two (2) years of management experience and food handling experience
- Experience with RecTrac software
- Experience with managing a team of 25-50 staff members
