Pay : $24.215 per hour
Part-Time Recurring (Year-Round), Not Benefit Eligible

Schedule :
Rotating shifts, with weekend availability (Fridays-Sundays).
Flexible hours depending on seasonal needs; approximately 4-12 hours per week, not to exceed 29 hours.

Essential Position Functions
In this job you will :
- Assist in the development, growth, and execution of recreation programs and events
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operation by working with other team members
- Assist with the promotion through appropriate marketing
- Provide exceptional customer service by providing information about available programs and events and responding to guests' questions, complaints or requests politely and promptly
- Present and host by greeting and engaging with guests in activities while at the facility
- Communicate with supervisory staff to keep them informed of any concerns or issues related to staff or guests
- Assist the Coordinator in maintaining relationships with internal and external groups
- Assist in the selection, training, scheduling, and supervision of seasonal staff, instructors, volunteers, and partnering organizations
- Assess facilities and program equipment, and assist with obtaining supplies
- Lead staff in light maintenance, which may include room set-up, take-down, and basic cleaning
- Administer basic first aid as needed and ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are following during programs and events - training provided!
- Work with City software systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
