Starting Salary : $24.07 - $26.34 (depending on experience)

About this Position
The Engineering Inspector I is a construction inspector who inspects the facilities like streets, sidewalks, and sanitary sewer lines. This inspector job also includes reviewing installations, repairs, plans, workmanship, and materials to ensure they conform with established requirements. This inspections job involves working with contractors and the public.
The Inspector works Monday through Thursday from 7 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM, with a half day on Friday (7 : 30AM to 11 : 30AM), with occasional night or weekend work as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of related experience and / or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
