The Recruitment Process :
The most highly qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the examination process which may include a Personal History Statement and Qualifications Appraisal Interviews. Successful candidates will be placed on an eligible list for employment consideration for at least six months. Candidates selected for this position will be required to pass a thorough background investigation, including credit check, polygraph, medical examination, and drug screen.

Qualification Guidelines
Education : Equivalent to completion of high school supplemented by course work or special training in secretarial science, office practices, or a related field.
Experience : At least two years of experience performing diversified clerical work, including filing, telephone reception, and public contact. Experience maintaining complex records systems, preferably in a law enforcement agency, is desirable.
