Position Summary
The Concession Worker performs a variety of duties including preparing and selling concession items, handling money and making change, and keeping the facility clean.
Essential Functions
- Provides customer service and maintenance and security of facilities and equipment.
- Prepares and serves food to customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Performs routine cleaning of equipment.
- Notifies Facility Maintenance Manager of any repairs and/or maintenance requiring attention from a service contractor.
- Monitors and maintains security of the facilities when working
- Performs financial activities.
- Rings up sales, receipts payments, gives change, etc.
- Maintains change/refund fund in accordance with jurisdiction.
- Coordinates the receipt and money.
- Performs other essential job duties.
- Regular and timely work attendance.
- Follows all safety procedures.
- Participates in safety training.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
- Skill to communicate effectively with a variety of groups.
- Ability to operate a cash register, accurately count and record cash received.

WORK SCHEDULE
Weekly hours of work will typically be one or two weeknights shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and one to two weekend shifts anytime during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with some flexibility.
