The City Pool Coordinator is a key position that oversees the daily operations of our pool facility in Etna. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the pool, managing staff, and promoting community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the pool, including lifeguarding, swimming lessons, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement and user satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, budget, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard Training.
