- Collaborate with Public Works, City Council, and Friends of the Pool to develop and implement operational plans.
- Monitor and maintain pool water quality, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage revenue and expenses, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
- Develop and implement promotional materials, advertising, and event scheduling.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field (e.g., recreation, education, business) or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Instructor (or equivalent).
- Valid California Class C Driver License required.
