JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Pool Assistant Manager Outdoor - Concessions is responsible for overseeing the daily concession operations at The Euless Family Life Aquatic Park. This position also serves as the liaison for Aquatic Park rentals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned to include assisting in the maintenance of general office functions and operations.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Thorough knowledge of the pool’s safety rules.-
Basic knowledge of cash register, POS (Point of Sale), RecTrac computer usage and printers, credit card machines, kitchen equipment, including oven, warmer, roller, microwave, etc. -
Ability to maintain records and prepare routing reports. -
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time in an outdoor environment. -
Ability to work a flexible schedule and have availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. -
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalent plus six (6) months to one (1) year of customer service experience is required. Two (2) years of customer service experience is preferred. Must possess First Aid and Food Handler’s Certificate. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License with a good driving record.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Frequent sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching are required. Repetitive movement of wrist and fingers during computer date input is required. Maintains static posture during sitting. 50-100% computer use. Occasional lifting loads up to 50 lbs.; carrying 50 lbs. up to 15 feet; pushing/pulling 20 lbs.; gripping/rotating hand tools; star/step climbing; working in outside temperatures including excess heat, cold, and precipitation.
