The City is seeking a trustworthy, responsible individual who, under the direction of the City Manager, performs highly responsible professional work assisting the City Manager coordinating the activities of various City departments. Work involves formulating and carrying out administrative principles, practices and techniques designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of City governmental services. Considerable independent judgment is exercised in determining proper courses of action. Work includes performing research and special study assignments, implementing administrative policies, and exercising administrative control over assigned operations and functions. Work is reviewed by the City Manager through conferences, reports, and observation of results obtained. The employee works with considerable independence and latitude and is expected to exercise sound judgment and initiative.

Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.
Working Hours:
Generally, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, these are subject to change based on occasional evening and weekend meetings and events.Physical Demands:
This is primarily sedentary work with some periods of moderate physical effort. Requires sitting for long periods of time; walking short distances; bending and reaching; good finger/hand dexterity and hand/eye coordination; good eyesight, hearing and speech; occasional lifting up to 35 pounds and occasional carrying/pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds.
Salary Information:
$98,638.20 - $146,624.89 annually depending on qualifications; EXCELLENT benefits (Note: See Benefits Tab for more information). - Interprets Federal, State and Local legislation, policies, codes and regulations; researches and analyzes their application to the City’s operations;
- Develops, initiates and manages through completion various special projects and assignments assigned by the City Manager and/or City Commission;
