Description :
Plans and implements a general music class for children, ages 6 to 11 in a day camp setting. Camps include instruction in two and three dimensional visual art, drama, dance and music, radio, video and creative writing.
Job Summary :
- Collaborate with other Arts Camp Staff
- Attend to the health, safety and discipline of campers at all times, adhering to all Health Department protocols
- Manage supplies and maintain an organized and safe classroom
- Conduct well organized, age-appropriate classes and execute final sharing
- Maintain positive customer relations with campers and their parents
- Perform administrative tasks that support the efficient operations of the program
Qualifications :
Availability :
You must be available Monday through Thursday to work. Camp season runs June 9 to August 9 with a week of training before camp begins. Weekly hours : Monday through Thursday, approx 9 : 30 to 3 : 30 pm
Schedule :
This is a seasonal summer position.
