Qualified applicants must have strong mechanical ability and experience in maintaining grounds, heating, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
The wage rate for this position is $34.67 / hr., with an excellent benefits package.
