What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Clerk II position at City of Florence?

High school diploma or GED with three (3) years of customer service experience OR Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience- Valid South Carolina driver’s license
Must be able to accurately process transactions involving large sums of money and be able to work as a team member under demanding conditions. Viable candidates will successfully complete a criteria basic skills test (math, grammar, attention to detail and learning ability). This position reports to the Billing & Customer Service Supervisor.
