Rate $35-$45/hour depending on experience and certifications
General Purpose
To lead multiple classes during the week (early morning and evening). As a spin Instructor, you will be required to plan engaging lessons, ensure the proper use of bikes, and maintain the cleanliness of the workout space. To be successful as a spin instructor, you should be able to motivate all participants, regardless of their level of fitness.
Spin Instructor Responsibilities:
- Devising fun and creative lesson plans that are appropriate for students of all fitness levels.
- Creating and maintaining a playlist of appropriate music for each class.
- Delivering lessons through the use of modeling and verbal instruction.
- Ensuring that participants use the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Suggesting tailored exercises for individuals with physical limitations or injuries.
- Tracking attendance at every class.
- Organizing themed spin classes to attract clients and maintain interest.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workout area.
- Ensuring that the microphone, sound system, and spinning bikes are in excellent condition at all times.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a spin instructor training program.
- Demonstrable experience as a spin instructor.
- CPR or first aid certification.
- Ability to issue clear and succinct verbal directions.
- A knack for conducting lessons that cater to all fitness levels.
- Vibrant and personable disposition.
- Ability to motivate and challenge individuals to attain their fitness-related goals.
Salary : $35 - $45
