ANNUAL ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE : $87,000.00 - 107,000.00 (Salaries are paid biweekly)

Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient business processes, leveraging Lean principles, and fostering organizational change management. The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, relationship building, and the application of digital solutions to support strategic goals. This is not a management role but requires leadership in guiding teams, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational values, mission, and vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.

  • Lead detailed analysis and design of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements using Lean methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document workflows, dependencies, and pain points, using process mapping tools to visualize and optimize workflows.
  • Apply a variety of change management methodologies (i.e. ProSci PCT and ADKAR models) to manage organizational change effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify change impacts, develop strategies, and implement change initiatives.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, develop communication plans, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functionally with business teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units across the organization as a representative fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions.
  • Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present reports, including evaluation metrics, findings, and recommendations.

  • Expertise in synthesizing data and creating actionable insights.
  • Advanced / Expert skill level in Excel, Microsoft Office software and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to easily communicate with executive level and influence effectively both up / down the chain of command, and cross functionally.
  • Ability to evolve while staying current with research and studies as well as training in evaluation methodologies and skills.
  • Required Qualifications

    Minimum Preferred

    College degree or equivalent work experience. Some positions may require functionally related certification or advanced degrees

    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

    MBA or equivalent graduate degree

    Experience Requirements

  • Eight or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
