Under the supervision of the Lead Cook and Head Golf Professional the Cook runs the daily operations of the Golf Course Clubhouse Food and Beverage area. Works alongside of the Lead Cook to assure a high level of customer service, during peak hours, and works independently at off peak hours of the operation.
