What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatic Center Supervisor position at CITY OF FRANKFORT KY?
Under the Aquatic Assistant Manager’s direction, the Aquatic Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and the public at the Aquatic Center.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Scheduling Staff
- Monitoring and Approving staff timesheets
- Supervising staff in all areas (concessions, admissions, guards, attendants)
- Work with staff and the public to resolve problems
- Discipling staff and/or the public (suspension)
- Watching for unsafe behavior
- Monitoring the weather and assisting with weather delays or closings
