A Pool Ticket Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they enter the pool area, selling and validating tickets, and ensuring that all visitors follow the pool’s admission policies. This role involves managing the ticketing process, handling cash or electronic payments, answering customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Employee agrees to devote his/her best efforts and all of his/her working time to performing his/her duties under the terms of this Agreement. Said duties shall consist of the following but are not limited to: Operation of cash register at pool entrance.Pleasantly and politely interact with the pool patrons.Enforce admission requirements and pool rules and regulations.Use sound judgment and follow standard operating procedure in regard to receiving, handling, storing, and securing cash.Supervise, monitor, and log in all pool admissions.Monitor and log in admission numbers to include paid admissions and pool passes. Prepare and submit daily written financial reports on monies received, passes used, and number of children and adults admitted.Monitor and log in groups admitted to include number of admissions per group and discounted rates that may apply.To the best of your ability, attempt to answer any questions or resolve any problems brought to your attention by pool staff or pool visitors.Regularly consult with the pool manager to update status of pool hours, operations, staffing, and relay any pertinent information to patrons.Assisting with pool clean-up as needed and directed by supervisor.Other maintenance/cleaning tasks as assigned by the manager on duty or Director of Parks & Recreation.Employee shall perform such other and further duties as are assigned to him/her by Employer’s Director of Parks and Recreation or other designated supervisor from time to time.
