Job Title: Pool Attendant – Campground
Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and reliable Pool Attendant to help maintain a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for our campground guests. The ideal candidate will ensure that the pool area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring pool area to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Maintaining cleanliness of the pool , surrounding areas, and pool furniture
- Ensuring chairs, and other amenities are organized and available for guests
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of pool equipment and supplies
- Providing guests with information about pool rules, hours of operation, and safety guidelines
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner
- Reporting any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents to management
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures for the pool, including cleaning and securing the area
- Ensuring proper sanitation and tidiness of changing rooms and restrooms
- Helping to keep poolside areas free of debris and hazards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a pool or customer service setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay alert and attentive to pool activities
- Knowledge of pool safety rules and regulations
- Ability to lift and move pool furniture or cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
