Under direction of the Finance Director, the Deputy Finance Director oversees and coordinates the City’s financial activities including budget development and monitoring, strategic planning, fiscal policy development and implementation, cash management, investment and debt management, and financial analysis and modeling. In addition, the Deputy Finance Director also interacts with City Council, City management, the community regarding the City’s finances, and co-chairs the Measure O Citizen's Oversight Committee.
