Country Park Shuttle Driver (Roster)
Hourly Pay: $16.55
Work Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, May through October, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Hourly Employment: Roster positions are paid hourly and do not include benefits such as medical, dental, or vision insurance, life insurance, paid leave, or paid holidays.
- Limited Hours: Roster employees may work up to, but no more than, 1,000 hours in a 12 month period.
- Pension System: Roster positions are not eligible for membership in the city’s pension system.

Greensboro Parks and Recreation is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Shuttle Driver to serve park patrons at Country Park. The role involves transporting visitors along designated stops within the private loop road of the park and providing excellent customer service throughout the experience.
Pick up and drop off patrons at various park shuttle stops
Keep attendance and other administrative records
Communicate effectively with patrons and staff
Inspect, clean, and refuel the shuttle as needed
Ensure the highest standard of customer service
Assist with other administrative and park-related duties
Walking, standing, and sitting for long periods
Lifting up to 30 lbs
Operating shuttle and necessary equipment
The Job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Good Driving Record
- Customer Service experience
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
