Job Overview

Duties
- Independently handle City of Greenville misdemeanor prosecutions in Darke County Municipal Court.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice of criminal law.
- Ability to effectively communicate with law enforcement and crime victims.
Experience
