- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to sanitation operations.
- Provide administrative support to department staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of standard operating policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in clerical, secretarial, or administrative role, preferably in a government setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
