Job Summary:
Landscape Worker I performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the maintenance of park grounds, athletic fields, landscaping, open spaces. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and experience in parks, grounds, and/or facility maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Performs semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the maintenance of park grounds, athletic fields, landscaping, open spaces.
* Operates a variety of tools, equipment, and vehicles in the operation, repair, and maintenance of City parks, beaches, athletic fields, and/or open spaces.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Experience in parks, grounds, and/or facility maintenance.
* Valid Florida driver's license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
* Must have or be able to obtain first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications within three months of hire.
