PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I
CITY OF HARTFORD, WISCONSIN
The City of Hartford, WI is seeking an energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant I to join our Planning & Inspection team. Hourly wage will range from $19 - $21 DOQ , up to 20 hours per week. Part-time employees are eligible for up to 50% PTO. The part-time Administrative Assistant I position will be responsible for performing general office duties, maintaining records management, and preparing reporting documents. This position reports to the Director of Community Development.
The preferred candidate will have a technical diploma or an associate’s degree from an accredited program. Candidates with a High School diploma, with significant training, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the required duties described will also be considered.
