- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources for various projects.
- Collaborate with other governmental agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders to address public works needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to public works projects.
- Lead and mentor staff within the department, promoting professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in public works management or a similar role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using technical tools such as an Ohmmeter for operational assessments is advantageous.
