Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions for utility billing and municipal court inquiries.
- Assist with processing payments, data entry, and account maintenance.
- Support the Municipal Court Administrator by preparing jury notices, inputting tickets, processing protective orders, and assisting with docket preparation.
- Guide citizens through citation resolution options, including defensive driving, court requests, and payment plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer interactions.
- Assist the Utility Billing Coordinator with bill preparation, account updates, and customer notifications.
- Process applications for new water services, create work orders, and provide information to residents.
- Perform administrative duties, including records management, scanning, and filing.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensure efficient communication between city staff and residents.

Full Job Description- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or payment processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic court experience preferred but not required.
- Certification pay up to $1,200 year.
- Up to $1000 per year in tuition reimbursement
