Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the engineering department, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of public infrastructure improvements, and providing technical guidance in areas related to engineering.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to public infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee the coordination of engineering reviews of new development proposals.
- Manage and evaluate consultants to provide expertise as needed.
- Coordinate and direct staff and operations related to field investigations, cost analysis, public assessment hearings, right of entry and easement acquisitions, designs, construction, and cost estimates for all public improvements.
