Examples of Duties
- Open and close the guest service office each day, depending on schedule and hours
- Monitor and track current pool occupancy to ensure the pool is at or below the maximum bathers allowed
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in concession and party area
- Account for monies received; counts, sorts, and wraps money
- Counts and balances cash register daily receipts
- Assist with Party on Deck rentals
- Keep accurate inventory of stock
- Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guests
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age, if 16-18 years old, must provide a work permit.
- Must be available to work between June 1 - August 14.
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required.
