Pickleball Guest Services Associate

Friendly Pickle, Kalamazoo’s premier indoor pickleball facility, is hiring part-time Guest Services Associates to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for college students seeking a flexible job that builds valuable customer service, event operations, and facility management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming and professional attitude
• Manage court reservations and check-ins using scheduling software
• Answer phones and provide accurate information about membership and facility offerings
• Give facility tours to new and prospective members
• Support the coordination of pickleball programs, classes, and tournaments
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional club environment
• Attend required staff meetings and training sessions
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable learning new software systems
• Able to make quick, informed decisions while working independently
• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred, but not required
• Available for flexible scheduling (min of 4, 4 hr shifts per week), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to complete if necessary)
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Monday to Friday
