Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Support and maintain existing VB .NET WebForms applications.
- Participate in the migration of the Oracle database to SQL Server.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Assist in architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technology roadmap.
- Develop new applications using C#, MVC, and .NET Core.
- Utilize Azure DevOps Git-based code repositories for source control and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
