Description
Under general supervision, perform a wide variety of secretarial and customer service duties for Airport and FBO operations. Work varies, interpretive judgment is required within generally prescribed standards and procedures.
Essential Functions
Greet customers and route phone calls providing a high level of customer service; respond to aircraft radio calls over Unicom frequency; facilitate crew requests including rental car, hotel and catering accommodation requests; operate point of sale system for transactions, daily balance reconciliation and reporting; compose and type correspondence; handle claims, process purchase orders, order supplies, track projects and other assignments as directed; assist with maintaining and updating operational records; make and schedule department appointments; create board packets, agenda’s and meeting minutes; perform light cleaning ensuring building is clean and orderly; perform overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Two years progressively responsible clerical or customer service-related experience with strong communication and computer skills. Possession of a valid Nebraska Driver’s license.

REMARKS:
The above position description is intended to describe the duties of an employee in general terms and does not necessarily describe all of his/her duties.
VACATION: Vacation leave is earned and accrued in bi-weekly increments in the following manner: 40 hrs years 1 - 4; 60 hrs years 5 – 14; 80 hrs years 15 . New employees receive 20 hours of vacation upon hire with biweekly accruals beginning on the sixth month of employment. Vacation leave may accumulate to a maximum of 120 hours.
MEDICAL LEAVE: Medical leave is accrued at a biweekly rate equal to 12 days a year. New employees receive 20 hours of medical leave upon hire with biweekly accruals beginning on the sixth month of employment. Medical leave may accumulate to a maximum of 720 hours.
PERSONAL LEAVE: 2 personal days are provided on the first of every calendar year. Employees must be employed on January 1st to receive personal leave days. Unused personal leave does not carry over to the next year.
HOLIDAYS: Twelve paid holidays per year.
MILITARY: Active members receive 60 hours of military leave annually. Military leave does not carry over to the next year.
