Under general supervision, perform a wide variety of secretarial and customer service duties for Airport and FBO operations. Work varies, interpretive judgment is required within generally prescribed standards and procedures.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Greet customers and route phone calls providing a high level of customer service; respond to aircraft radio calls over Unicom frequency; facilitate crew requests including rental car, hotel and catering accommodation requests; operate point of sale system for transactions, daily balance reconciliation and reporting; compose and type correspondence; handle claims, process purchase orders, order supplies, track projects and other assignments as directed; assist with maintaining and updating operational records; make and schedule department appointments; create board packets, agenda’s and meeting minutes; perform light cleaning ensuring building is clean and orderly; perform overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.SUPERVISION - RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS: NoneESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public.
