Job Summary :
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory control for the Environmental Services Warehouse and other designated areas. This role requires independent judgment, substantial technical expertise, and proficiency in utilizing automated Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

EMERGENCY RESPONSE STATUS : As a condition of employment, City of Largo employees will be required to work as directed during an undeclared and / or a declared emergency. All employees are subject to recall around the clock for emergency response operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the normal work location, and may include duties other than those specified in the official job description.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work Environment : 75% inside a climate-controlled building; 25% outside which includes driving.
Physical Requirements : The essential function of the job requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during any shift with most of the time spent walking and / or standing to complete job responsibilities. The work requires frequent : bending / stooping, climbing, crawling, fine manipulations, grasping, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, and lifting / carrying of objects weighing up to 44 pounds. On occasion the job requires lifting / carrying objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
Sensory Requirements : Hearing : Ability to understand what others are saying in normal conversation in person and on the telephone. Speaking : Ability to communicate verbally with others and in person and on the telephone. Seeing : Ability to see and read computer screens, numbers, and all types of print.
Driving Requirements : Requires occasional driving and possession of a valid Florida Driver's License.
Technology : The work requires ability to operate telephones, smart phones, tablets, photocopiers, printers, desktop and / or laptop computers, calculators, and all associated software. The work also requires proficiency with computer hardware and software programs including CMMS, word, spreadsheet and / or database applications, internet applications, and database management.
Other Machines : The work requires the ability to operate floats, dollies, forklifts, manlift, overhead cranes, and other light utility vehicles.
Tools : The work requires proficiency with various store tools and parts.
