POSITION TITLE: Executive Assistant
REPORTS TO: City Administrator
DEPARTMENT: City Administration
FLSA STATUS: Full-time, exempt
SALARY RANGE: $5,727 – $7,040 per month
BENEFITS:
The City of Leavenworth offers excellent benefits including a 100% employer-paid, family medical/dental/vision plan premium; $255 employer HRA contribution per month; 1 day each of vacation and sick leave per month; 11.5 holidays plus 2 floating holidays per year; and a DRS retirement plan.

POSITION SUMMARY
The City of Leavenworth, an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE), is seeking a qualified individual with strong organizational skills and extensive experience in highly responsible, complex, and confidential office administrative support duties.
The Executive Assistant's duties include managing office administrative functions including a variety of administrative and project coordination support work for associated staff;
acting as the first point of contact for the City Administrator and providing information to the public and staff requiring considerable knowledge of City and department services, policies, and procedures;
providing administrative support in the development of the budget;
and performing related work as required.

Requirements
- Minimum three years of increasingly responsible experience providing support to executives or any combination of education and experience that would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the duties associated with the position
- A valid Washington State driver's license with a record that is acceptable to the City
- Ability to obtain a Notary Public within six months and maintain throughout employment
