Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the capital improvement program and City engineering programs and all associated projects, services, personnel, and activities.
- Assigns, trains, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the work of staff, ensuring customer service-oriented, efficient, timely, and accurate engineering services in conformance with regulatory requirements and established procedures.
- Administer contracts, including preparation, bid, awards, project management, payment, and close-out, and participate in City review of proposals.
