Schedule:

Position Summary:
The Outdoor Pool Manager oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and program management at our aquatic facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, ensuring quality service for the public, and managing the operation of the facility. This role includes supervising staff, resolving patron and staff issues, managing inventory, and balancing financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- Must be at least 20 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have two years of supervisory experience.
- Must have or obtain American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certifications before the start date.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory credit history are required.
- Preferred:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard, Lifeguard Instructor, Waterpark Instructor, or Water Safety Instructor certifications.
Starting rate of pay is $18.75 per hour with annual raises.
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen. A background check is required for applicants aged 18 and older.
