The Data Analystperforms administrative work in the public utility business operations of the Customer Care department, with primary focus area as involving the processing, maintenance, and reconciliation of utility records and payments. Reviews data to identify key insights into a business’s customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems. This position is responsible for clerical work involving the maintenance of large databases and information as it pertains to customer service and utility reporting. Ability to serve as departmental rover and a potential backup for Customer Care responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years’ experience in one or more of the following: customer service, utilities, accounting, billing, or similar field
- Three years of Cayenta experience with focus on portals and data
- Valid NC driver’s license and good driving record
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm. Paid bi-Weekly.
