Reviews data to identify key insights into a business’s customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems. This position is responsible for clerical work involving the maintenance of large databases and information as it pertains to customer service and utility reporting. Ability to serve as departmental rover and a potential backup for Customer Care responsibilities. Check out the great benefits the City has to offer.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Three years’ experience in one or more of the following: customer service, utilities, accounting, billing, or similar fieldThree years of Cayenta experience with focus on portals and dataValid NC driver’s license and good driving recordSchedule Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm.
