We’re hiring a One-Stop Operator to oversee daily operations at the American Job Center. This role ensures a positive customer experience, trains staff and builds strong community partnerships. This position works eleven to sixteen hours a week.
A Day in the Life:
As the One-Stop Operator, you’ll start your day by making sure the Resource Room is open, welcoming, and ready for visitors for eleven to sixteen hours a week. You’ll check in with staff, provide guidance on customer service, and troubleshoot any technology or operational challenges. Throughout the day, you’ll connect with community partners, plan hiring events or workshops, and respond to customer feedback. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — maintaining safety standards, updating procedures, and ensuring job seekers leave feeling supported. No two days are exactly the same, but every day you’ll know you’re making a difference.
