PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the clubhouse, including food and beverage services, event planning, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, leadership, and financial oversight.

Supervision: Clubhouse Staff
FLSA Status: Exempt
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar, restaurant, and event center, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, creating a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through food and beverage sales, special events, and promotions.
- Plan and coordinate events, tournaments, banquets, and private functions.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations.
- Maintain financial records, including budgeting, timecards, and reporting, to ensure profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the golf course management team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Other duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field; or
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in restaurant management or a related industry.
- Proven experience in restaurants, bar, or event management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess or be able to obtain required food handling and alcohol service certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in golf course or clubhouse management.
- Marketing and sales experience to drive business growth.
