Position Title : Clubhouse Assistant Manager
Position Status : Seasonal, Full-Time
Wage Range : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Accountable To : Clubhouse Director
Job Summary :
The City of Pierz is seeking a motivated and dynamic Clubhouse Assistant Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, including food and beverage services, campground management, and facility maintenance. This seasonal, full-time position plays a key role in overseeing clubhouse operations, organizing events, ensuring excellent customer service, and training staff. The Assistant Manager will also help with social media content and marketing strategies to promote the Pierz Golf Course and Campground.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist the Clubhouse Director in managing clubhouse operations, including food and beverage services, campground maintenance, and general housekeeping.
- Provide leadership and supervision for clubhouse staff, ensuring that service standards are met.
- Oversee and enhance training programs for food and beverage personnel.
- Assist with financial operations, including the maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system, inventory management, and financial record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse Director to create and manage marketing plans, including social media content.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting guests, resolving concerns, and providing a positive experience during club events and daily operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events such as tournaments, Sunday brunches, and other special activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks in the City of Pierz offices during off-peak times.
- Contribute to promoting the Mission, Vision, and Values of the City of Pierz and its recreational facilities.
