The Summer Youth Employment Opportunity (SYEO) provides City of Little Rock's youth between the ages of 16-21 (Youth Interns) with paid summer employment, including training, for up to six weeks during the summer months. SYEO also provides training on job readiness, career exploration, financial literacy and opportunities to continue educational and social growth. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and no older than 21 by June 2, 2025.IMPORTANT NOTE: This year's Summer Youth Employment Opportunity (SYEO) job placements will only be offered to applicants who successfully complete the onboarding process. Placement will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make sure to read all instructions and supplemental questions carefully to complete your application correctly.This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
