GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide administrative support to the department in which he or she is assigned.
PRIMARY DUTIES: This list represents the essential tasks performed by the position. Employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.
Receive incoming phone calls from customers concerning all utility matters (Utility Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment, Water Treatment Plant and Utility Locator).
Receive incoming calls and emails from Water Utility Department and disburse to UTM.
Enter all UTM service work orders into Incode and Facility Dude.
Log all meter swap request from Utility Billing and disburse those requests to UTM, upon completion of meter swap relay new meter information to Utility Billing.
Log incoming complaints and concerns and disburse information to each department.
Assist customers who come into office with questions and or concerns, place outbound calls to customers for follow up on concerns and complaints.
Send Rave notices to customers when there are water outages.
Create purchase orders and project folders for UTM, WWT, WTP, and Utility Locator.
Assist Engineering Admin in daily task while out of office, and sorting incoming mail for Public Works and Engineering dept.
Assist Utility Billing with monitoring leak detection for digital meters.
Prepare DEQ and EPA monthly and quarterly reports for WWT and WTPAssist with Waster Water Pre-Treatment Program.
Print Okie Locate tickets daily and inform Utility Locator of all emergencies.
Track on-call / overtime pay for Utilities and Locator, submit bi weekly with payroll.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: “Education Requirements” refers to job specific training and education required for entry into the position.
Requires High School diploma, GED and formal training. Prefer an Associate's Degree or higher.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: “Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations” refers to professional, state, or federal licenses, certifications, or registrations required to enter the position.
Ability to obtain OK Operator's License within one year of employment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: “Experience Requirements” refers to the amount of work experience that is required for entry into the position that would result in reasonable expectation that the person can perform the tasks required by the position.
