What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk Management - Drug & Alcohol Program Specialist position at City of McAllen, TX?
Under general supervision and procedural control, the Alcohol and Drug Program Specialist ensures compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws as well as City policies of the drug and alcohol program by monitoring on-site drug and alcohol testing; maintains all recordkeeping of drug and alcohol related testing and provides drug and alcohol summary reports as requested.
