Mental Health and Addiction Services
We are currently looking for doctors with experience and / or an interest in addictions to work in our service. The successful applicant / s will be part of a team comprising 12 psychiatrists within the broader service and will have the support of a range of professionals including nursing, counsellors, and psychology within the Addiction service.
The Taranaki District Mental Health & Addiction Services provides a wide range of specialist services within the Taranaki region, which includes New Plymouth City and coastline, and a large rural / lifestyle population in South Taranaki (Stratford / Hawera). There are five distinct services :
