What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transmission & Distribution-Crew Leader-T&D position at City of McAllen, TX?
Under general supervision, the Crew Leader-T&D is responsible for directing and assisting a crew involved with the installation of new water connections. This employee prepares complex/technical reports, must make daily decisions concerning the scheduling of jobs, and the technical considerations of where and how to dig. Employee has continuous contact with the public, frequently involving sensitive matters which require the utmost tact and resourcefulness. Employee is responsible for supervising one or more employees, and must abide by all safety rules and regulations.
