What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quinta Mazatlan-Receptionist/Admin Clerk position at City of McAllen?
Under general supervision employee assists office staff with daily duties such as data entry, website updates, program scheduling, answering phones and special event coordination. Employee will also assist customers in gift shop and collects facility entry fees and any other departmental specific duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Employee will have contact with the public requiring courtesy, tact, diplomacy and exceptional customer service.
